How do we co-design neighborhood co-work services with citizens?

Through this project we learnt how to co-design for public services by involving the end users in the design process. We conceptualized a wellness inspired co-working service in a neighborhood. The project was an exercise in organizing co-design sessions and also various forms of service prototyping.

How can digital touchpoints and features increase user trust?

This project focused on understanding the problems foreign students deal with while renting a home internationally. The purpose was to understand the issues they face and build a service application that can resolve it. My team developed an app called Roofer with UI design that would make the service experience more supportive. This was designed under the guidance of Payton Meyer, UI Designer from Google.

How to empower peer learning in a virtual environment?

For this project we are working on translating the need for peer learning in a virtual environment, into an effective service titled Floc. You can view the service journey and outcome here. The service creatively caters to Masters students of Design and creates value through its experience and delivery.
